Troubleshooting Guide for Printing Issues
If your ink isn't spraying properly, you're seeing white lines in your prints, missing patterns, or incorrect colors (e.g., red prints appearing blue or colorful patterns printing in single color), follow these steps:
For Desktop Coffee Printer Users:
1. Clean the Ink Cartridge
Whether you're using:
- Monochrome FB1 (for Mini/FT4)
- FB2 (for PRO)
- FB3 (for FC1)
- Or any PrintPen or handheld printer ink
First try cleaning the metal plate at the bottom of the cartridge (the printhead) as shown:

Important: Always wipe in one direction only - do not wipe back and forth.
2. Shake the Cartridge
If cleaning doesn't help, try gently shaking the cartridge to help ink flow to the printhead:

3. Soak the Printhead in Warm Water
If steps 1-2 don't work, soak the printhead in about 60°C (140°F) water for 4 minutes, gently shaking it occasionally:
After soaking, wipe the printhead again and check if the issue is resolved.
Maintenance Tips:
- Clean the printhead every 2 days during use
- If unused for more than 3 days, remove the cartridge and store it with the protective cap
