All deliveries will be handled by our logistics partner, primarily using the following courier service.

Delivery times and services vary depending on the shipping address selected, item availability, and the time of day you place your order.

Due to policies in some regions where our regular courier service is not available, we may use other courier service providers to deliver your purchase.

Customs Clearance & Import

For international shipments, our logistics partners (such as FedEx) typically provide customs clearance services on your behalf. While we will assist buyers with the customs clearance process, it is the buyer's responsibility to cooperate with the logistics provider to complete destination clearance.

Buyer's Responsibilities:

  • If the logistics provider requires additional documentation (such as ID proof, tax forms, etc.) to complete customs clearance, the buyer must promptly provide all required information.
  • Any delays in delivery, customs holds, or return shipments caused by the buyer's failure to cooperate (such as delayed document submission or incorrect information) will result in additional charges (including storage fees, return shipping costs, or reshipment fees) being borne by the buyer.
  • The seller is not responsible for any consequences or losses resulting from the buyer's failure to fulfill customs clearance obligations.

VAT & Customs Duty

All prices and payments made on our website are exclusive of taxes. We do not charge or request any additional taxes or surcharges beyond what is displayed on your checkout page. However, upon arrival at your address, local customs authorities in certain countries or regions may occasionally charge VAT or customs duties based on the purchase value. We do not guarantee this and all charges must be paid by the buyer. 💵

Payment of Taxes and Customs Duties
In most cases, our logistics partner, FedEx, is responsible for handling taxes and customs duties on your behalf. When the goods arrive in the destination country, FedEx will automatically send the information to the customs authorities. After verification, FedEx will send their service invoice to the customer before final delivery. VAT is usually calculated based on the destination country's retail tax rate multiplied by the invoice value. As for customs duties, tariffs are generally low or even zero in many countries, although we cannot guarantee this 100%. In short, shopping on our website is easy and convenient; after placing your order, you just need to wait for delivery. 📦

Your final cost is roughly calculated as:
Amount paid on our site + (Invoice amount × Local tax rate) + Possible Customs brokerage
Example: If you purchase a product for $149 and your country's tax rate is 10%, you can expect to pay approximately $14.9 in taxes. If Customs brokerage is $15, your total cost will be $149 + $14.9 + $15 = $178.9.

Most countries do not charge customs duties, and some countries exempt certain purchase amounts (e.g., Japan exempts purchases below 10,000 yen).

Return

You can use this return form to request a return. All returns must be reported and processed within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the item. Returned items must be in new, unused condition with all tags, labels attached, and original boxes.

After receiving an RMA number and return address, carefully package the item in its original packaging and mail your return to the address provided. We will NOT cover the return shipping costs. We highly recommend using a trackable method to ship your return.

Refund

Once we receive your return and inspect the condition of the item, we will process your return. Please allow at least five (5) days from the time you receive your item for processing. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you via email when your return has been processed.
