Return Policy

Customers purchasing through the Glorink website may return undamaged and unused Glorink or EVEBOT products in 10 days or less. Online customers must pay for shipping back to Glorink.

Note: Expired products will not be accepted

*For any product believed to be defective or damaged, please contact sales@glorink.com to initiate an RMA process.

PLEASE NOTE: Customers must follow the RMA process provided to ensure timely and correct credit. We will inspect them with each return.
