PrintInd: How to Solve Missing Nozzles and Streaking Problems

Since PrintInd uses solvent-based ink, which differs from the ink commonly found in office and home printers, it is more prone to evaporation. As a result, PrintInd’s ink may occasionally experience missing nozzles or streaking. Therefore, when not in use, we strongly recommend storing the cartridges in their protective covers.

What to Do If You Experience Missing Nozzles?

1. Using Alcohol Wipes (Recommended Method)
   Use an alcohol wipe to clean the print head. Alcohol wipes can typically be found at drugstores. If you don't have them, you can use alcohol (75% or higher) on a piece of paper to gently wipe the print head.

2. Using Alcohol Spray (Strong Method)
   Spray 75% alcohol directly onto the print head and then wipe it clean with a soft, dry cloth.

Important Notes:

• Alcohol is flammable; please ensure safety when handling it.
• Only use isopropyl alcohol at a concentration of 75%. Do not use alcoholic beverages to clean this product.
